It’s easy! All of our laundry bookings are made online via our website or through the clean cloud app, just click BOOK NOW and choose your pick up day. Leave the rest to us!

Currently, all bookings are exclusively made online using our Clean Cloud booking system. Alternatively, you can download the Clean Cloud App on your phone for added convenience.
If you need assistance with the booking process, please don't hesitate to give us a call though on 0432-000-867. We're more than happy to help and answer any questions you may have an help create the booking for you.

We only require 3 hours notice to be able to utilise our online booking system or Clean Cloud App. However if you require our service outside of normal hours please enquire to see if we can help.

Certainly! Our booking system enables you to easily arrange recurring bookings according to your preferences for added convenience.

All laundry for wash dry fold service is calculated by weight whilst still dry, please see our price list for details.
Each order has a minimum charge of $80, covering up to 10kg of laundry. Laundry is calculated at $8 p/kg thereafter.
Once your laundry arrives at our facility, it will be weighed, itemised, and a detailed final invoice will be generated through Clean Cloud. You'll receive this notice for payment before we deliver your freshly cleaned laundry back to you.

We are a locally owned and operated business that provides full laundry and ironing service in-house.
Unlike a lot of the other laundry companies out there, we handle everything from start to finish. This ensures a personal and seamless high-end quality to all of our customers. -
Upon booking, kindly provide notes to our team regarding the specific items that require treatment and the nature of the stain. This information will help us tailor our approach to ensure the best possible care for your garments. We will make every effort to tackle even the toughest blemishes, aiming to restore your clothes to their pristine condition wherever possible. It is essential to understand that complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed every time. Factors such as the nature of the stain, any previous treatment, and the age of the stain play a role in the outcome. One thing we can guarantee, we will do our best!

We will gladly hand wash and air dry delicate items for you, please choose this option when making your booking online, please see price list for details.

Yes. For the safe handling of delicate items, we suggest placing them in a separate bag. Kindly specify in the booking notes if any items require hand washing for personalised care.

Yes we do!
While we don't perform dry cleaning in-house, we now offer a convenient outsourcing service to ensure your garments are expertly cleaned and returned to you in top condition, saving you valuable time and effort.

If you have items that require ironing in your order, you'll have the option to choose which items you would like ironing and whether you prefer them returned on a hanger or folded. Items returned on a wire hanger will be included as per your preference. We kindly request that you return these hangers to us with your next order, allowing us to continue our commitment to sustainability by reusing them.

If you prefer to use your own hangers, simply include them in your bag of ironing during pickup, and we'll gladly use them to hang your clothes. However, if you don't have enough or any hangers, we'll provide our wire hangers for your garments. We kindly request that you recycle these hangers with us after each service to help minimise waste.

We offer Residential Cleaning, Short-Stay (Airbnb) Turnovers, Builders Cleans (including post-construction and renovation cleans), and Vacate/End-of-Lease Cleans. Every clean is tailored to the property and its needs.

We exclusively offering a pick-up and delivery service to ensure the utmost convenience for our customers. If you have any questions or need assistance with scheduling a pick-up, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. -
That’s up to you! When you book online you can choose exactly which day you would like your laundry picked up. Then, your order will be collected between 8am-12pm on your chosen day!

You can leave your laundry ready for collection at a location convenient for you! Whether it's on your doorstep, in the porch, or even by the garage, just let us know your preferred spot in the order notes. We strive to make the process as effortless as possible for you, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience from start to finish.

No, it's not necessary! Many of our clients find it convenient to leave their laundry items for our drivers to collect so as not to disturb them. To facilitate a seamless pickup and delivery, please include any specific instructions on where you'd like your laundry or ironing placed (e.g. veranda, in the car port, etc.) in your order notes.

Don't fret. For your initial order, just place your laundry or ironing in any bag (which we'll return if reusable) For subsequent pickups, kindly reuse your Waves bags for soiled or 'to be ironed' items, and remember to pack the wire hangers for us to reuse in your next order too!
You can purchase as many bags as you like with your next order.

Your clothes are meticulously packed to ensure they're wardrobe-ready upon arrival. Whenever possible, items of the same category are neatly bundled together after folding. These folded items are then placed into our Waves bags for your convenience.
We aim to minimise waste, so we use as few bags as necessary for your order. We kindly ask that you return them with your next order so we can continue to minimise our environmental impact. -
Our standard turnaround time is 3 business days. Delivery window will be between 12pm.- 4pm

PICK UP AND DELIVERY - Laundry

We’ve made paying easy and flexible for both our cleaning and laundry services.
For laundry, payments are processed through our booking system, CleanCloud, where you can pay securely by card or via invoice.
For cleaning, an invoice will be sent to you after the clean is completed, reflecting the actual time taken to complete the job. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.
If you have a preferred payment method, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

While we appreciate your interest, we currently don't offer in-home laundry services. However, we do provide convenient pick-up and delivery options to ensure your laundry needs are met with ease.

We're located in Rye, however, please note that we don't operate a physical storefront for visits. Instead, we offer convenient pick-up and delivery services to ensure your laundry needs are met with ease and efficiency.

Our standard opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 8am – 4pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am – 3pm
We offer laundry pick-up and delivery, as well as residential and builders cleans, during these hours.
