LAUNDRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Waves Eco Services may modify the Terms periodically, and the latest version published on our website will apply to your order.
Upon submission of a booking through Waves Eco Services’ online ordering system, you will receive a written confirmation of its acceptance of your order and contact information.
You can cancel your order anytime up to 3 hours before Waves collects your laundry.
Waves Eco Services may cancel your order if there is an intervening event outside its control, or you fail to make items available for collection, or it considers any item does not correspond with your order, is damaged, has no information about its content or cleaning instructions, or does not fall within items it accepts.
Waves Eco Services will use reasonable endeavours to pick-up and deliver items at the times specified in your order but does not warrant that it will do so.
An itemised invoice will be sent to you once items have been sorted. Waves Eco Services will deliver your laundry on your selected day only once you have paid the invoice. Waves Eco Services reserves the right to withhold your laundry until payment is received in full.
Current pricing is outlined on the website. Your items will be counted or weighed after collection. There is a minimum service fee of $80 + GST per pickup.
Payment is accepted by Credit Card or Debit Card via the online payment link. A 1.49% merchant fee is added to all invoices.
If you fail to accept delivery of items at an agreed time, a one time redelivery fee of $25 will be charged to you.
If you fail to accept delivery of an item for more than 60 days after the invoice date, you will be deemed to have abandoned the item, and Waves Eco Services may dispose of it in its sole discretion.
Please advise upon booking where you would like your laundry left upon delivery. If no notes are received, Waves Eco Services will leave your laundry in the safest please available on your property and notify you upon delivery. Waves Eco Services will not be liable for any damage to or loss of the item after it is delivered.
If something goes wrong with your item while in Waves Eco Services’ care and it proves to be due to the fault of Waves Eco Services, it will refund your money for the laundry service of that item. However, Waves Eco Services accepts no responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in the normal course of the laundry process.
Waves Eco Services accepts no responsibility for any item that is lost or damaged in the laundry process due to your failure to remove paper, tissues, pins, jewellery, coins, keys, pens, among others, from the item.
Waves Eco Services uses a standard washing laundry process and machine drying process (unless otherwise requested). It will endeavour to separate the items into lights and darks but accepts no responsibility if there is any bleeding or colour transfer during the laundry process.
Waves Eco Services is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
If an item requires special care, you must bring that to Waves attention. If you do not do so, Waves Eco Services may wash the item according to its care label or normal laundry process if there is no care label.
You acknowledge and agree that any advice, recommendation, information, or assistance that may be provided by Waves Eco Services is provided in good faith and in reliance upon the accuracy and completeness of information provided by you.
Waves Eco Services does not warrant that it will be able to remove all types of stains and will only provide regular stain removal treatment if requested to do so.
By accepting payment of any sum after its due date, Waves Eco Services does not waive its right either to require payments as they fall due or to suspend or end the Terms.
If you do not pay us any sum on the due date for payment, interest at the rate of 15% per annum will be charged on that amount. You will be in default if you do not pay us when money is due for payment or fail to comply with any other obligation under these terms
You agree to pay on default all costs and expenses incurred by Waves Eco Services in exercising the Terms, and you indemnify Waves Eco Services against any losses resulting from your failure to pay.
When a dispute arises, you must notify Waves Eco Services of the dispute by giving written notice specifying the nature of the dispute, the outcome sought, and the action believed necessary under the circumstances that will assist in settling the dispute. Each party will then in good faith attempt to resolve the dispute by negotiation.
Waves Eco Services gives the consumer guarantees that are required under the Australian Consumer Law. However, all other terms, representations, warranties, guarantees, and conditions that might otherwise be granted or implied by law are expressly excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law, unless agreed by Waves Eco Services in writing. Waves Eco Laundry does not exclude, restrict, or modify any liability that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified except to a limited extent, as between you and Waves Eco Services
We will use the personal information you provide to us to: provide the laundry services; process your payments; and inform you about similar products or services that we provide unless you indicate that you do not wish to receive such communications by clicking the “Unsubscribe‟ link at the bottom of any promotional email communication. We will not give your personal data to any third party other than any service providers engaged by us
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under these Terms that are caused by an event outside our control.
The Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding with Waves Eco Services and supersede and extinguish any previous agreements.
Waves Eco Services will not be deemed to have waived any right under the Terms unless it gives the waiver in writing.
Waves Eco Services may assign and transfer any of its rights or obligations under the Terms without your consent.
CLEANING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Welcome to Waves Eco Services Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure clarity and satisfaction for both our clients and our team.
Access to Property
Ensure that the property is accessible at the scheduled time of service (keys, codes, etc.). If our team is unable to access the property, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the full cost of the service will be charged.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.
Privacy Policy
Waves respects your privacy and will only use the personal information you provide for service-related communication and to improve your experience. We will not share your information with any third parties.
Payment Terms
All payments for Waves Eco Services are due upon receipt of the invoice unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept payment via direct transfer and other available options. Late payments may result in additional fees.
Product Usage
Waves Eco Services exclusively uses eco-friendly products. If we find a particularly stubborn stain that requires stronger solutions, we will communicate this with you before proceeding. Your health and the environment are our priority.
Damage and Liability
We take great care with your items and property, but Waves Eco Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by faulty appliances, or fragile items that have not been disclosed prior to cleaning. Should any issues arise, we will notify you immediately.
Service Agreement Termination
Waves Eco Services reserves the right to terminate services due to repeated cancellations, late payments, or other breach of terms. In such cases, you will be notified in advance.
Respectful Conduct
Waves Eco Services values a respectful and professional relationship between our clients and team members. We kindly ask that all interactions with our cleaners and laundry staff are courteous and respectful. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect towards our team will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice: To avoid any fees, clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning services. Cancellations made before this time will not incur any charges.
Late Cancellation Fee: If a service is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to cover time and resources already allocated.
Same-Day Cancellation or No-Show: If a client cancels on the day of service or is not present at the property at the scheduled time, the full cost of the cleaning service will be charged.
Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of illness, personal emergencies, or other urgent situations, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to accommodate without penalty.
Rescheduling Policy: Clients are welcome to reschedule their cleaning service without any additional fees as long as 24 hours' notice is provided.
Holiday Cancellations: Cancellations during peak holiday periods require 48 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee, as demand for our services increases during these times. Cancellations during this time will incur the full cost of the cleaning service scheduled.
